Replacement Policy
While our Hotline Hair Ties have great strength and quality, sometimes mistakes can happen.
If your hair tie has a manufacturing defect and breaks or comes apart within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace it for free.*
Simply email us with the following information so we can check your order:
+ Email Title: Replacement
+ Date of purchase
+ Purchase Venue (partnering retailer/boutique name, website, location, etc.)
+ A picture of which hair tie is broken and what pack it is from (to make sure we send you the accurate replacement)
+ Your shipping address
After we receive your email to help@hotlinehairties.com, we will work on getting the replacement sent to you as soon as possible.
* Free replacements are only available for United States customers. All international replacements are subject to a shipping fee.
